New-Tiepe
A easy way to create
New-Tiepe is a building toy set which inspired by a Chinese traditional craftsmanship, "Tieing" ( Zha Zhi ). With only three kinds of parts, New-Tiepe supports users to create a variety of structures and shapes through users own imagination in a very easy way.
Why Tieing？
Creating as modeling.
Tieing constructs a complete shape by building different structural lines in the horizontal and vertical directions just like the logic behind some modeling software, which make it easy to learn and having educational attributes.
Linear art language.
The shapes made by Tieing are coherent and smooth. It is abstract and has a sense of composition, which has a very special artistic aesthetic.

Automatically lock up.
The end of the paddle has an angle. User only needs to rotate the part clockwise, and the paddle will automatically press down to fix the material.
Elastic structure.
The paddle structure is gradually thins from the root to the end, ensuring the toughness of the plastic parts and making the parts not easy to break when deformed.
One solution for mutiple conditions.
Hint of direction.
The curved surface of the top cover of the bolt part serves as a directional cue, making it easier for the user to exert force in a clockwise direction.
Markers.
Every strap material has a marker which shows the number of the holes at the end of the strap, allow user to better distinguish the straps.
Covering.
Elastic covering fabric with rubber rings and touch fasteners on it, allows user to easily cover them up on the skeleton structures.
Mass-production
This design can be sold in different types of sets to meet the different users' preferences.
